Are you a by product of your parents?
As much as id like to think im the culmination of my own experiences I wonder how much of my mindset I just adopted from my parents. After all I have their very same liberal ideology and my dads passioned sense of atheism and lust for science. I wonder if i'd still have the same opinions and beliefs if I grew up in some Christian gun toting country home in the bible belt....

Ideology aside, the older I get the more ways I notice I'm just like my dad.

I'm nothing like my real dad mentally, but I have probably adopted some of my step dad's morals which isn't a bad thing since he's a good guy (apart from sleeping with the next door neighbor which is why he isn't my "step dad" anymore, lol!).
Mm, I would say I'm a "buy product" people who was in my life at a younger age since I was a more observant kid.

Are you a by product of your parents?
yes and no
Love is patient and kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. Love is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres
