which bulb is superior

I tried looking up the duel spectrum bulb couldn't find it, could be due to different continets!

Lets try this, I need the manufacture name, if a majoir manufacture there is a model number on the box. (ex. 400/mh/eco)

This will help alot then I can tell you everything about the bulbs.

Mine is a Sylvania GroLux. There's not a lot of info on the box:

The bulb is advertised by Sylvania as being the only bulb designed specifically for growing. It is a full spectrum bulb. Dual spectrum doesn't really make much sense, I think Wheatie might have got terms confused because I'm pretty sure we are talking about the same bulb.
