I wanted to let nature take its course and harvest my own seeds, the weed may not be as potent but it should be usable anyway...now I'm having second thoughts! Part of me wants to get rid of the male before the balls grow any bigger and let the tall, strong female bud.

I have seeds left, but with my luck, perhaps I should let nature follow its course, pot seeds ain't exactly cheap!

I've decided to supplement the big 125 watt CFL with a smaller, lower wattage one set in a clip-on fixture right in between the plants, shining soft white light on the base of the plants, giving red spectrum to the lower leaves.

The 125 watt CFL is brighter than hell, but I still feel that as the plants gorw taller, the lower leaves may lack adequate lighting, adding that CFL (we're talking low wattage here, like 9 watts) might just add an appropriate amount of light to the bottom leaves.

We'll see if it helps. I can definitely "smell the green" in here, thank goodness I have a cat, and the litter box is next to the front door - the smell of cat litter gets you before the "green" does!
