too much light for seedlings mate. germinate and set them off before cranking up the lumens.. even a lil desklamp with a 6400K (think) natural daylight energy saving buld will do until the show some leaves... 700w could kill em as soon as the emerge.. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't risk it

First grow log This is my first indoor grow, its in an attic and its pretty much thrown together. i ran out of money and rescources so this is pretty much how its gonna be for the next while.
