go to bed earlier, wake up earlier and do some press ups... adjust ur times in future so that daylight saving effects are minimal on your hobby and only affect ur sleep pattern by 15 minutes or something minuscule. Or time ur harvest in future so that daylight saving occurs between harvests.

Turning the clocks back means that my lights will go off at 7 AM instead of 8 AM now. Going off at 8 AM makes it so I can get up, get ready for work, then go down and close the curtain right before I leave for work. If I just leave it at 7 AM, I will have to get up at 6:50 to close the curtain, but I usually don't wake up until 7:30 as it is. My sleep is highly valued.
