when you sar 100w cfl do you mean 27 watt that puts out lumens equal to 100watt incadecent bulb?

So I am using a 100W CFL "lights of america" Fluorex yard light for vegging that looks like it has a separate ballast. (Yes I'm cheap, but it's working fine) Now that I'm in flower I was going to replace it with a warm white since the current bulb is 6500 Kelvin. Questions: 1.
