It's so frustrating when landlords (or in this case their husbands) just ignore the 24 hour rule and let themselves in. No respect for personal property/space. My friend had a landlord similar to this, one day we came home from shopping and he was just there in the kitchen working on the broken stove. We agreed he'd fix the stove, but no time had been set and he just lets himself in... argh. They had all their bongs and such out in plain site too, but thankfully this guy was only concerned about the rent and not who's smoking what.
