If, in either case, you find he has violated your lease agreement or the law, you have a strong argument for breaking your lease early and finding a landlord who DOESN'T have a bored, pushy husband.

Exactly in Washington its illegal for a landlord or anyone else to enter without a court order. The only excuse is if some asshole calls the cops and said they heard a bunch of yelling in your room. Then an officer has the legal authority to inspect the premises to check for everyones safety.
If the landlords an asshole I would move.

after a long night of partying and smoking a shitload i awake to loud knocking at the door. the first set wakes me up so i get up and pass up my friend who was still asleep on the couch... before i reach the door the door is being opened. i was like what the fuck and the guy was just MAITENANCE.... not even a landlord. he was coming through to spray for bugs and whatnot. Maitenance doesnt give a shit tho, they probably do it too. I thought it was pretty rude though.. he didnt even give me the chance to open the door. Oh yah he had a master key so he unlocked it with disregard to my privacy. i had some weed still out and a couple of pipes.. not to mention my apartment was covered with fruit roll up and gushers wrappers

let me set the scene for you its a lovely saturday morning im smoking a nice little joint just browsing my favorite cannabis website . when i get a knock at the door its my landlords husband im guessing and he came to pick up the rent, so i open the door where half my bodys out and give it to him when he trys to force his way in the door saying he want to show me something about the heat.i push him back and say are you crazy do you want to get attacked by my dogs,who all 3 of them are behind me getting ready to tear this guy a new asshole. then he trys again so this time i step outside and say what the fucks your problem are you seriously trying to get bit?he says i want to show you about the heat you burn it up im gonna be pissed.i tell him you come unannounced i dont know you and you keep trying to force yourself inside your lucky i dont let my dogs out or i dont knock you out.he then gets a major attitude well i didnt say you could have vicious dogs and all kinds of other bullshit,now this guy is really pissing me off if he wasent like 50 something i would be all over him.so i tell him im going inside before something happens so he needs to leave,btw i have a very short temper and when someone like this guy keeps on i blackout and have no control of what i do and i was on the brink of being there i started having muscle spasms.so finally he leaves and im all worked up so i hit the weights and now i pulled out the trusty roor and im feeling much better :bonghit:

Some dickhead at my work today who i've never spoke 2 before said I look stupid in my jacket, the point is this guy insulted me and after 6 hours of serving customers and being forced to happy, i was so fucking pissed off. I wanted to smash his face in. I was locked in my till tho and i looked for him after i got out but didn't see him, he's lucky. Sware down i don't forget, i'm gonna have a word or two, a vulgarity here or there perhaps. If he gets an attitude then his face gets a smash. Fuck it, peace this, peace that, sometimes a man can be pushed oh so far.
