the best thign to do is have a drink w/ a lot of sugar in it. but not anythign w/ citrus. use sompthign that will coat ur throat, take a drink, dry your lips, and then hit it. when ur done take another drink.

Beginners shouldn't be trying to do massive hits. The only "high" one gets from coughing is from oxygen deprevation. If your throat is burning, take it easy. It's not a race. It's about savoring the experience. It's about taking a break, dude.

actually caughing gets you alot higher. it expands the surface area of your throata nd you absorb alot more thc then you normally would. as for the throat burn, i just drink green tea after i smoke, that makes my throat feel better and makes me veryu relaxed.
