Joints not pulling...
Hey guys.
The last few stoning sessions I've had, the joints haven't been pulling so good and it's really annoying me because it's alot of hard work. I was wondering whether anyone could give us some advice on what it might be. The joints never really go out, they just won't burn easily and you really have to suck hard *ahem* which isn't ideal when you're trying to bloody relax and get stoned.
The joints being rolled too tight? Too loose? The roach being rolled too tight/too loose? I roll with a rolling machine.
This started happening with the last batch of weed I got, although that was a little wet and not the best quality. The current batch seems fine though, and doesn't seem wet at all so I am a little confused as to why it's being such a bastard to pull.
Seems that the first inch or so of the joint always burns fine, but then it won't pull for most of the rest of it, until it gets within a couple of inches of the roach and then it starts to pull fine again.Binbin Reviewed by Binbin on . You might have packed it too tight. Loosen the roach a little.

The same thing has happened to me a couple times. It is not rolled too tight and I shredded it just right. It kinda feel like there is a bit of asbestos in the middle! I think it is just a bit of stem that got stuck where it did not belong. Otherwise, I am not sure why this happens.

i was having the same problem, what i started doing was taking a big paper clip, unfolding it til its straight and then putting it inside the joint horizontally when i rolled it. when you finish rolling just pull the paper clip straight out. there is now a small airway through the joint that will allow air through. Also did the same thing for blunts when i used to smoke them all the time, the inside of a ball point pen wil work too for blunts.creates a nice airway:thumbsup:
