Or another thing i did to help was think of the worst thing that happend while you were drinking, and say to yourself i am not going back to where i was. This will be very timely process and it will not happen over night! If you need support or anyone to talk to i am right here for you...YOU WILL EVENTUALLY CONQUER THE BEAST...BELIEVE IN YOURSELF...THAT IS KEY.....LIKE I SAID IF YOU NEED TO TALK I AM HERE OK:thumbsup:
GODDAMNIT SLIPKNOT!!

This is the BEST advice you will ever get. TAKE IT I don't care if you've done it before. DO IT AGAIN! Your own thinking got you into this mess didn't it? Then stop making the decisions and get yourself a sponser. Do WHATEVER you have to do to make a meeting a day for AT LEAST 30 days. :wtf: No excuses, no ridiculoius fussing. Just DO IT.

The program ISNT about talking. Its about DOING. THE STEPS!! Remember those little EXTRAS from AA? Dont go talk. GO DO!! And get a good sponser to guide you.

Slip you say your entire family are drinkers. Trust me....you have NO idea how to live your life sober. Someone MUST teach you or you most likely will not survive. THAT is what the 12 steps are for.

Your weak so you can't quit. Ha. You can't quit until you become a stronger and better person. HA!

You sound like the capain of the Titanic saying "I'm not getting off THIS ship until I find out why its sinking"

Good luck with that point of view.

NOW GO!
