All information is good and as in life You toss out half of it out but this site say's...

This information all came from the book "Steal this Urine Test" by Abbie Hoffman.

If You do this...3-4 tablespoons of concentrated ammonia or chlorine bleach You might as well not take the test.

This book is as old as the hills so I would double check all info because You normally only get one chance at a drug test.

well i mean i failed the first test from dilution and i havent smoked since i posted this when i said it in their so i'd be 10days clean, and 11days ago i smoked 2bowls of low mids and before that i was clean for 4-5days, and i have to take the test tomororw, so i mean it already has been stalled 4days from my last test, and i cant fail for dilution, so i mean how much water should i drink? lol and its to late pretty much to eat lots of red meat for creatine

Get up a few hours before the test and drink about 48 ounces of gatorade if possible, if not just water.Piss a few times before the test and one of the most important parts, take your midstream piss,piss in the toilet a little first then fill about 2 ounces in the cup and then finish pissing in the toilet.

well i'll be taking test around 4 and i'll be up around 8 doing shit, so i need to drink enough water to have it diluted a good amount but still be good enough for no positive dilution. (ya i did mid-stream last time :thumbsup and should i still do asprin and any vitimen pills?

well i think the best thing you can do is drink a lot of water, sweat, and burn fat cells in which the THC sticks to. Make sure you pee a couple times before the actual test in order to clear out some of those. As long as u r under the limit you should be fine (50ng/ml). If it was me i would turn the heat up in ur room, and drink as much liquid as you can + peeing haha
