CHORIZOLove is patient and kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. Love is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. bizzare things you've eatenRabbit is one of my favorite foods, braised in wine with root vegetables and served over polenta.
As for bizarre, abalone (delicious!) and monkfish liver pate (less than delicious!) are the entries in the seafood category, and battered fried dandelion blossoms and staghorn sumac iced tea take the prize in the vegetable division.
I still haven't found a meat I don't like; goat cooked Jamaican-style is one of my favorite foods but damned if I've been able to find it outside a large city! For wild game, pheasant and elk are my favorites. I've been offered bear but had no way to transport it home still frozen. Oh well.
Edit: Friendowl, I ADORE chorizo and linguica! I know they're all full of odd remnants but oooooooooh so good!
