hello . i rebuilt my veg room into my grow room finaly,woot. i got board of waiting for my light so bought another ballest, cool tude, fan and all the other bits and bobs. so i have a 400w hps in a tiny cuboard. so as u can guess i been figting an up hill strugggle against heat. so i have a 6" inline extrator fan running the cool tube and 2 bathroom extrators and a fan to move the air around. With the doors shut it still reaches around 33.....ouch.... with the door slightly open it goes down to 28 ish. with the doors completely open it goes down to 23 ish. so im guessing i just need to pump more air in , but with any more fans in there there is going to be no room for the plants haha.
I have also lst`ed every plant i have to get them ready to flower them im oly going to do 2-3 plant to maturaty depending on the sex of the older ice plant and it still has no preflowers. the younger ice plant has shown defenate signs of being femail. so i know that i have got atleast 1 ice femail....woot and im going to grow 1 hempstar plant aswell. with the temps being to high it has ruled out doing any hydropoics for awhile till i can sort out the temps or move to a new flat with a larger space to use. which is a bugger as i had already bought the items i needed . ill post some pics of the new grow area when i have taken them.

Any sudjestion on how to get the temp down would be great.

First grow under envirolite Hay, this is my first grow...... i`ve started off 6 un-feminised nivan "ice" plants in a soil about a week ago and was given 2 lil ladys from a friend. Atm im useing a 125w envirolite for the veg stage (as to poor to run hps right now). hopefully i will have access to a friends 400w by the time i`m ready to put them in flowering. anyway my main question atm is, is 125w enought light to get my plants throught the veg stage?:)..ohh and how far away from the light should the lil ladys Rating: 5
