Jesus wants an army, and the bible is the book of war

slave you are expecting too much! Every case is judge on its own merits. Yes I did say judged. And he is the one that does that. He can we cannot. What about all the other miracles?? You can't expect him to just give them them away can you? I'm sure all of them deserve it, and if it was in my power to do I would. Maybe we shouldn't be over there doing what we are, and that is what he is trying to tell us. Every think of that? We all make our own decisions in life. Now don't call me a hardass, unless that makes you feel better.

You have to figure too. The bible is like a book of guidelines to follow for a happy Irie life. A lot of those passages are old, but look at the bible and look at now. I dont take it as religion but more a book of history to base off modern day culture and how it has formed over hundreds of years.

If possible, get millions of people all over the planet to join the prayer circle and pray their most fervent prayers. Get millions of people praying in unison for a single miracle for this one deserving amputee. Then stand back and watch. What is going to happen? Jesus clearly says that if you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer. He does not say it once -- he says it many times in many ways in the Bible.

And yet, even with millions of people praying, nothing will happen.

No matter how many people pray. No matter how sincere those people are. No matter how much they believe. No matter how devout and deserving the recipient. Nothing will happen. The legs will not regenerate. Prayer does not restore the severed limbs of amputees. You can electronically search through all the medical journals ever written -- there is no documented case of an amputated leg being restored spontaneously. And we know that God ignores the prayers of amputees through our own observations of the world around us. If God were answering the prayers of amputees to regenerate their lost limbs, we would be seeing amputated legs growing back every day.

    Kirlian photograph of two coins

Kirlian photography refers to a form of photogram made with high voltage. It is named after Semyon Kirlian, who in 1939 accidentally discovered that if an object on a photographic plate is connected to a source of high voltage, small corona discharges (created by the strong electric field at the edges of the object) create an image on photographic plate.[1]
Kirlian's work, from 1939 onward, involved an independent rediscovery of a phenomenon and technique variously called "electrography," "electrophotography," and "corona discharge photography." The underlying physics (which makes xerographic copying possible) was explored as early as 1777 by Georg Christoph Lichtenberg (see Lichtenberg figures). Later workers in the field included Nikola Tesla; various other individuals explored the effect in the later 19th and early 20th centuries. Yet Kirlian took the development of the effect further than any of his predecessors.
In controversial metaphysical contexts, Kirlian photography, Kirlian energy, and so on, are sometimes referred to as just "Kirlian." Kirlian made controversial claims that his method showed proof of supernatural auras, said to resemble a rough outline of the object like a colorful halo. An experiment advanced as evidence of energy fields generated by living entities involves taking Kirlian contact photographs of a picked leaf at set periods, its gradual withering being said to correspond with a decline in the strength of the aura. Scientifically, it is considered more likely that as the leaf loses moisture it becomes less electrically conductive, causing a gradual weakening of the electrical field at the drier edges of the leaf......so according to this the amputated whatever is still there you just cant see feel or taste or smell it1

Its more like a book of guidelines to live a restricted life for the sake of following god's law.

The Golden Rule is the main message of Jesus. We are to love our brother as ourself. We are all perfectly equal in the eyes of God and in truth, we are one united holy son of God. We have just forgotten who we really are.

War and killing is the work of the pittyful ego in all people. Jesus was egoless and thus the expression of love and truth, the way and the light. Christ is the God essence in all of us. Jesus knew that one must follow the Holy Spirit, manifest in all religions as love. Any alternative is the rejection of reality (love) in favor of conceptual illusions and fear. I don't think Jesus meant this as a threat but a simple, uncompromising fact to steer us correctly.

Men make war and killing on each other in fear of eachother. Don't blame fear and hatred on Jesus or the Heavenly Father who only loves us. Fear results from the false identity we have created for ourselves because it is false and death is its god.

"What is Real cannot be threatened. What is unreal does not exist. Herein lies the Peace of God" Jesus Christ - in A Course In Miracles.
    Thanks, Mr. Happy

If Jesus wants an army, take your ass to the Holy Land and go to war against the Muslims. They don't believe in Jesus. You now have a valid excuse to hate a large group of people that you don't understand. For no other reason than that they are different than you. Or maybe Christians that seek peace. I guess they don't sit right with you either.
