I wasn't trying to bend the meaning of the bible in any way, just illustrating how ridiculous some of it is. I found those excerpts incredibly interesting, especially the one were Jesus claims he is not here to bring peace to the world. It makes sense in a way, the coming of Jesus has caused conflicts around the globe for hundreds of years.
