OVERWATERING IN EBB AND FLOW
Hope you have advice or can offer assistance:
2 x 1000 mh & 1 x 1000hps
1 week in veg
flood table
water on 24/7
humidity - 35-50%
temps 25-30 degrees celcius (77F)
lights above canopy 2 feet or so
Gen HP - 900 ppm / ph 6
Problem is the plants are wilted like crazy. Dark stain on rockwool where the sprayer hits. Yellowing lower leaves. A bit blotchy on upper leaves. Some look great but most are very wilted
Are they being overwatered? How often to water?

OVERWATERING IN EBB AND FLOW
In veg I run my pumps every 4 hours. In flower I run them one hour after lights on, every four hours, then one hour before lights out (ie. lights on 8 PM to 8 AM, pumps run 9 PM, 1 AM, 5 AM, 7 AM) and I don't feed them at all during the night. The pump runs for 15 minutes each time.

OVERWATERING IN EBB AND FLOW
do you have all your lights on the plants/ I have read that for a 1000watt HPS 2 feet is to close. of do you use the MH for the veg? wilting can be caused by the lights. did you try moving them further away?
just seems to me like heat could be an issue kinda like sunburn on us. sun is millions of miles away but we still get burned. know what I mean.
you have any pics of your setup?

Yes. Sprayers on 24/7. When I've tried on a timer the roots dry out fast.

It sounds like you are over watering and the roots need some air. I would say do one flood for 15 minutes every hour and see if the plants perk up. If not, increase the time by the hour until they do. Do it over the course of the next few days and see what happens. The roots definitely need to breathe.
