I dig the vibes here. I always find it unfortunate that such a special herb is consigned to capitalistic nature. The fact that herb is normally sold for money strains the goodness and innocence of it, and makes it really hard to carry on a weed hobby and still afford everything else required by life. I think it's great that dealers are willing to be flexible in payment methods; it's just more consistent with the all-around feel of the plant. Rigid capitalism is a detriment to society; weed should be something contrary to it.

I grow enough for myself normally, and I would never accept money for it. Mostly because the person paying would feel satisfied with the transaction, but I feel empty, like I sold a portion of my own patience, love and soul for a few bucks, as is they were a commodity. Before I grew and had incremental amounts at a time, nothing was more offensive to me than when someone offered five bucks or so to be smoked out. A smoke session should be uniting and elevating; involving money totally cheapens it. It's that same kind of person that smokes to get "fucked up" or tries to medicate himself with a substance in his frustrating, mundane life.
