I smoked daily up until the test. The night before and the day of the test I drank alot of water and urinated crystal clear up until the test. One hour before the test I drank one pouch of CERTO liquid fruit pectin. Then I took a vitamin to change the color to yellow. I then urinated 4 times. When I took the test I urinated for 15 seconds in the toilet and then midstream I went in the test cup then continued in the toilet. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. I will let keep posted whether or not I passed.
