i try not to eat high anymore unless i plan on it which i do everytime i walk down to mc d
s but other than that its a no no it pulls me down doesnt push me up

I have not read all the replies but if you want to loose weight join a Martial Arts class.

Kung fu is what I practice. I can eat whatever I want, whenever I want.

Getting high after a workout is a wonderful reward for a good work out.:thumbsup:
