germination failing need help fast

Ok soo have really good seeds trying to germinate seeds wont germinate, have them in a ziplock bag and placed them by a heating pad on low and covered up so that they are in a dark place.germination is not working, can you mess seeds up by maybe getting them too hot or haveing them have heat and then getting cold. Hell i dont know what's going on, but I know I have seeds that cost me alot of stress and money and i need them to germinate please give me some advise. I live in an old brick house dont have spots that i can just leave the seeds where it will be worm enough.

how wet was your paper towel? You dont want them too wet or dry, and you dont want them to get overly warm or you will kill the seeds. Alot of people will put the plastic bag between two plates and place them on their cable modem since its warm. What you can try is taking a couple of your seeds and place them in your medium and see if some will pop that way. How long have they been in the paper towel, some can take up to a week to germ.

I have my best luck by dropping them into a coffee cup of luke warm water. Cover the top so it's dark and wait for 48 hours.

well the seeds have only been germinating for 24 hrs I am really concerned about them because they got shoved under a heating pad for a couple of hours and when i checked them it was hot as hell and I want to know if that killed my seeds, plus when i got my white rhino seeds i went to put 4 seeds into germ and two of the seeds broke does that mean that the seeds were no good in the first place, they were bought from buy dutch seeds. I think i will try to put new seeds on top of my direct tv box between two plates. Or should i wait to see about the other seeds, down to 6 seeds left dont want to ruin them.

i was impatient also so i dug em up

they was shooting so i carefully took em out and repotted no problems

i have others that took a week so just wait

well I am trying to not be impatient I am more worried about if I killed them already, I will be really pissed off at myself if i killed 8 seeds by putting them buy a heating pad. It will be very dissapointing if i have to flush those seeds due to my stupidity.

patience, grasshopper. lol. just warm is good enough but not hot.
