You have started well, drinking water is good for you anyway. Be sure to have a glass BEFORE you start getting high, then another after.
None of this is fact, but I find that
-Drinks with Vitamin C in them help (E.G Orange Juice, etc)
-Eating a good meal BEFORE (E.G Pasta)
-Something with sugar in it after (E.G Cup of tea, Chocolate bar)
will reduce how tired I get after I've smoked/ had a session.

Also things like Redbull is going to "perk" you up some after being high.

The best one of all though, do it more, and the "burnout" will effect you less >_<
