Hey,yes full spectrum flouros are better....because they give a broader spectrum and more lumens which cannibis loves....but a mh or hps will be better for flower they are def worth the few extra bucks,as far as yield it will pay for itself with one plants harvest...good luck bud.

I'm on my second grow, first indoor grow, and im using one double-bulb 4 foot flourescent which has full-spectrum bulbs (benificial?) The soil i have is supposedly a good organic soil with bat guano. I fertilised with fish emulsion in veg but now she's going to work. Since cannabis' need for nitrogen is decreased when in flowering, i won't need the fish emulsion anymore.
