    hey

    I fell asleep at 1:30am, after I finished watching Bill Hicks - Revelation.. damn, hes so fucking funny, hes awesome.. aaaaaanyway, I went to sleep at 1am, remember looking at the clock next to my bed at 1:45am, fell asleep, and woke up at 3am!!! Damn, I used to be like this all the time... When I was at school I used to only get a coupla hours sleep every night, sometimes none.. Then it kept coming and going, sometimes, when i'm not working or anything, I can sleep all day, but i can never seem to sleep properly at night.. What the fucks wrong with me? Anyway, smoke on

    I feel your pain man... Its only 12:01am right now for me, but I aint gonna be hittin the sac for a shit... Gonna hafta shit out all this chile first and smoke another bowl

    hey ghostoker, nothing is wrong with you dude. your just young and full of everything like (shit). just kidding. there is a time and place for everything. clear your mind of stuff if you can! when i have trouble falling to sleep, i just think of everything that i have done without. wish upon the things that will some how make it better if you can. goodluck. peace.

    11:29 pm here now. I gotta be up at 4 though, going with a friend of mine to buy a new car and he is getting 2 so i am driving one back. We each bought an ounce today of some kill 4 280. To where we goin is like a 3 hr drive, plan on shoppin and shit. Got 10 joints pre rolled for the road so far, im bringin my sneak a toke too. Going to be a good trip now imma browse the forums a bit, smoke this bowl and hopefully pass out. if not i'll just stay awake.

    Your bodyclock's out of whack. You need to establish a regular sleep pattern. Set yourself a bedtime and stick to it for a week, get up at the same time each morning (whether you have to or not) and do your best not to nap during the day. And after a while when it feels it can rely on the routine, your system will begin to repay the favor by letting you get to sleep when you want.
    It works for me
