and those syndromes are not fake, you nimrod. they are proven facts. here is what i will say, a lot of them are highly misdiagnosed and diagnosed too often(like diseases people claim make them fat), by people who are just unhappy, hyper etc. people really have them, that is a fact. it is also a fact that a lot of people getting drug treatment for them dont actually have them. saying they are made up isnt an opinion, it is proven to be untrue and a ludicrous thing to say

FACT: People with a severe thyroid problem cannot lose weight as their metabolism slows to the point where even if they stop eating anything but salad and exercise 2 hours a day they retain their weight until they are put on appropriate medication.

OPINION: I agree that misdiagnosis and overprescription is a problem. I also feel that people can get well by channging their diet, exercise, and lifestyle patterns.

OPINION: I think that name calling is silly and juvenile, but at the same time funny...
