And I really don't like the way that it's going right now. People are becoming too critical about things like that. It's something innocent and people are reading things into it that aren't there. And if that's the reason that you're shocked by it, then don't be. Don't even worry about it because you yourself can obviously see beyond it. My point is, if it's not meant to encourage stereotypes or be offensive (meaning it's just innocence), then let it be. Even if you see what *could* happen, then you're making it worse than it is. I don't mean to be offensive to you, but please see what I'm trying to say. I'd just like to see people not view things so serious. Lighten up, forget the very subtle connotations, and live like we're all equal (which is how it should be).
I see your point, and in an ideal world, I would be able to agree with you wholeheartedly. But I live in Ohio.
