Generally speaking, if you do not eat regularly at 3-5 hour intervals it slows down your body's metabolism and when that happens your immune defense system is not working at its optimal efficiency. Happens to everyone but is most noticable for those people 30-35 and older.

My question is would it be healthy to just have one meal a day, I know we can live on it but does it have a really bad negative effect on you? ps.. is birdgirl still around here? Rating: 5
