 Unhealthy eatingI dont really eat breakfast and normally dont have a lunch but if I do its normally a small one. 
 
 My question is would it be healthy to just have one meal a day, I know we can live on it but does it have a really bad negative effect on you?

 Unhealthy eatingGenerally speaking, if you do not eat regularly at 3-5 hour intervals it slows down your body's metabolism and when that happens your immune defense system is not working at its optimal efficiency. Happens to everyone but is most noticable for those people 30-35 and older.

 Unhealthy eatingnature intended the human body to sort of graze all day with occasional meat-eating. If you can imagine a caveman and what he had to do for food; probably he would have eaten what he could throughout the day (berries, any veggies), and he would have killed an animal once in a while and feast on it. I doubt our bodies were able to adapt to our current diets in just a couple hundred years, which is why there are so many eating-related illnesses. I think the only reason we eat "meals" is out of convenience in our structured, digitized lifestyles. I believe the more we get back to our natural metabolic selves the healthier we'll be, meaning eating small amounts constantly, disregarding "mealtimes."

 Unhealthy eatinguhh you should eat AT LEAST 3 healthy meals a day. pop tarts and stuff like that dont count as a meal. when i eat i remember to eat fruits, vegis, dairy, grains, and meat throughout the day.
