Bad advice. There are plenty of people who use them on an irregular basis and they aren't life sentences by any means. My mom used to take xanax for two years and is now off them without a problem. They helped her overcome alot of her social anxiety. And I.. well.. I've been on too many different kinds of pills to count. I just sorta go with the flow, see which ones I can enjoy recreationally. -laughs- I've never became 'hooked' on any pill except ambien. I think becoming dependent on social anxiety helping drugs is a personal problem and I'm sure you're in the minority. As I've heard of very few people who get hooked on 'em.. and I've known a hell of a lot of people who take em. ((all my friends and relatives are crazy.. lol))

Just to let everyone know, i suffer from social anxiety from time to time and was just wondering if their is a method that is without failure. Also, I found out that it is alot easier to relax if I am alone, although I do like smoking with people. Rating: 5
