Serequel treats me WONDERFUL. Smoking with salvia then goin on an urban adventure while walking around.. well.. fucking A it's awesome. Last night bud and serequel gave me my first OBE. Twas nice indeed. 250-350 mg is right for me. 250lb 6'0"

the best way to relax is to drink some green tea, turn up stairway to heaven, and light some candles, then sit back and look at the stars... thats wat i always do and when i wake up the next morning im always ready for life and it feels amazing, i def. recommend everyone try that at least once in a lifetime.... but i think havin the rite surroundings make a person wayyy more high b/c i no if im in a bad mood or uncomfortable or stressed the green just makes it worse so i always try to just chill out before i toke and it def. is always a great experience

Bad idea, don't use any prescribed drugs for social anxiety. They're designed to make you become dependent of them and prescribe you to use even more drugs..

Bad advice. There are plenty of people who use them on an irregular basis and they aren't life sentences by any means. My mom used to take xanax for two years and is now off them without a problem. They helped her overcome alot of her social anxiety. And I.. well.. I've been on too many different kinds of pills to count. I just sorta go with the flow, see which ones I can enjoy recreationally. -laughs- I've never became 'hooked' on any pill except ambien. I think becoming dependent on social anxiety helping drugs is a personal problem and I'm sure you're in the minority. As I've heard of very few people who get hooked on 'em.. and I've known a hell of a lot of people who take em. ((all my friends and relatives are crazy.. lol))
