Best way to relax high?

I know every person is different when it comes to getting high, but what would say is a great way to relax while stoned. Just to let everyone know, i suffer from social anxiety from time to time and was just wondering if their is a method that is without failure. Also, I found out that it is alot easier to relax if I am alone, although I do like smoking with people.

Pop a serequel/xanax/similar and smoke a few bowls. Man.. you'll relax something wonderful. No drinking though. And since you have alot of social anxiety, you'll have no trouble gettin' them prescribed.

I find the way I chill the best is with my crew. We all pile into the car and go chill as we go for our usual drive. Same route every time but something crazy fucking trippy happens every time we go blowed. Bump som T.I., The Game, Lil' Wayne, Bone Thugz, and a few of the new Ludacris songs. But yeah definatley the key is music and just chillen man, don't let shit get to you when your high it'll ruin it.

The thing is with getting xanax is that i'm going into the coast guard in about 6 months and well I can't be prescribed to any drugs.

Theres something called doxylamine succinate thats in some non prescription pills i take them sometimes with a migraine they always put me to sleep specially if there mixed with codiene.You can get these sleeping ones with that ingredient there called something like restavit u can get from the chemist here it says take 1 or 2 i take maybe 4 or 5 KOs me.

Try ritalin, just once or twice, if you can get your hands on it. It really lets you open up to your friends. I used to have the same kinda problem, but I tried ritalin with some people and it really helped me feel more comfortable with my friends. I recommend popping one pill a bit after smoking. It'll really make you feel more sociable.

I also have social anxiety, although it hasn't been diagnosed, i just say i have it. I have trouble talkin to people, girls, gettin to know people. ect. So lately, i've smoked a bowl or two before school and i'm definetely way more outgoing in school. I too, like smoking on my own. I light some incense, listen to some pink floyd.

just find a comfortable spot and sit and listen to music while smoking.

Bad idea, don't use any prescribed drugs for social anxiety. They're designed to make you become dependent of them and prescribe you to use even more drugs. I took "Zoloft", and it dried up my sinus cavities and lungs (I also had a cold at the time). It also made me cough up blood. I don't know if the others brands have the same side effects though, but I wouldn't risk it man. Also, these medicines lower your immune system. The side effects were so bad, that I stopped taking it after 3 days. But also, these medicines don't take full effect until after a few months.

I found that the best way for me to relax high is to get some headphones and find a good place to lay down. Day or night. I took a sleeping bag, pillow, cd player, bowl, lighter, and weed, and I laid in my sideyard for about an hour.

Needless to say, I was relaxed. Its the best way for me.
