in my first year at uni, we smoked in my room all year then in the last few weeks the fire alarm was set off by all the smoke. fire brigade came and reported smelling weed to the uni,i ended up getting a disciplinary,nearly chucked out of uni but managed to wangle a 50 pound fine in the end...they did mention reportin it to the police to be honest like they would give a fuck? in england its a formal warning for small amounts,that means jackshit,couldnt be arsed with the restrictions some states have over the pond
