MMJ card for depression?

hey guys,

i was just wondering if doctors give out mmj cards for severe depression.
i have pills for my depression but im looking for a more organic way to get rid of it.

In California, the answer is yes. My hubby is a chronic depressive (on SSI for it). His rec is mainly for that, although he has a few physical problems (he's almost 66). The doctors vary on just how liberal they are in giving out recs, but a good general rule is that the cheaper they are, the less picky they are. Bring any medical/psychiatric records with you documenting the depression, and you're a "shoo in". If you don't have anything hit a "clinic" in a big city.
