i'm 16 and what i usually do is not to get high during school, usually after school if you dont have homework etc. unless you can work when your stoned like some people. I can personally do lots of stuff when I'm stoned easily. But try to keep it on the weekends...unless you have stoner friends like me that love coming over your house and smoking a dime out of your bong. But again don't do it before school or make it have any effect on your life whatsoever. Sometimes I get high around 6pm when I'm just sitting in my house bored, and watch half baked and fear and loathing in los vegas, and i get up the next morning feeling good and go to school. Just make sure your in control of your weed, and its not controlling you.

I'm 36 this year, and have been smoking pot 'properly' since I was about 27 (I know, late starter lmaoo).
My mind has evolved thanks to weed - I'm more creative, compassionate, understanding, and deeper thinking.
But this 'enlightenment' has made me frustrated, despondent, and unmotivated.
I wouldn't say that weed has impeded success, nor would I say that it has inspired success - but I agree with Buck - it has made me lazy, and I guess that most of the reasons connected with my current situation can be attributed to that lethargy.

im not gonna pretend like im sucessful, im not, it wasnt the pot that made me this way. I was diagnosed with bi polar disorder, im very immature, and very confused about life. My job sucks ass and right now i have to deal with it. The thing about me is im very sucessful in the unsucessful life i lead. At my crappy job ( i work as a reciever in a warehouse) i am the fastest reciever, have been nominated for employee of the month, and i get the hardest trucks there. I am the hardest worker in the place. The thing about smoking for me is after work i can toke up, play some halo, relax and realize i wont be in this place for much longer. So like everyone else has been saying smoke it up, just dont get lazy with your shit. You gotta know when its ok and not ok for you to be high. Dont rely on other peoples experiences to say its ok to be high during this test or when i go here, its different for everyone

reading this thread i've grown alot more respect for encatuse and a lot less for poorman3. life is what you make it. if you want to smoke weed all you life and not amount to anything then thats what you'll do, if you want to smoke weed all your life and amount to great things than you'll do it. don't blame your lack of succes on the weed.

im in my final year at uni its 12.34am and im half way through my 3,000 word essay which is due in less that 12 hours,i was given the title 10 weeks ago, this happens everytime,it hasnt effected the quality of my marks i dont think but my pure laziness has meant i havent bothered to even think about it until today.its ney fun being awake at 5am with your head burried in books(not literally i dont drop them on myself or anything) feelin like shit and still 500 words away.so id say if u do keep smoking just plan for the fact your going to be really lazy
