hey guys, i dont wanna be a dirtbag wen i grow up lol

I wanna go to university and shit and im currently 14 and have been smoking for about a year and i wanted to noe if like anyone here smokes alot of weed and is successful, i usually smoke a joint a day?
So im thinking i might quit cuz my life means more to me than getting high

I'm sixteen, I rocked the SATs, get mostly A's and B's in all my classes, and smoke regularly. Samples of my creative writing got me into a rich bastard's private school in Connecticut, and my music teacher puts more stock in my skill than in the rest of his students combined--even telling other teachers I could be the next Thelonious Monk. I spend 30 dollars a gram on a friend who supplies me with Blueberry Haze. I do that about every week.

I'm not in college yet, but I have every bit as much initiative as anyone you're likely to meet. I want to succeed, and if anything, weed opens up my creativity. It definitely doesn't hinder my drive.

being successful is what you make of it. i don`t smoke alot of weed. i think i`m successful at being content with what i`ve got. which ain`t alot but, i`m a happy 40 year old stoner. i enjoy the small things. if you want to be rich and famous i can`t help you at all. you`ve got alot to look forward to. enjoy it while your can. peace.

i'm 16 and what i usually do is not to get high during school, usually after school if you dont have homework etc. unless you can work when your stoned like some people. I can personally do lots of stuff when I'm stoned easily. But try to keep it on the weekends...unless you have stoner friends like me that love coming over your house and smoking a dime out of your bong. But again don't do it before school or make it have any effect on your life whatsoever. Sometimes I get high around 6pm when I'm just sitting in my house bored, and watch half baked and fear and loathing in los vegas, and i get up the next morning feeling good and go to school. Just make sure your in control of your weed, and its not controlling you.

I'm 19. I smoke absurd amounts of weed. I get high for class, take tests high, do homework high, study high, and of course I spend my free time high (hey, it's college!). I was one of the smartest kids in my high school and easily aced it. On the PSATs I did perfectly on the math section. I also did very well on the SATs with a 1390 and currently study at one of the top public universities in the state, where I have attained a 3.9 GPA and gotten on the Dean's list in all my semesters here, allowing me to maintain my scholarship from the Honors program. Don't let anybody tell you you can't be a pothead and do well in life. So long as you put in enough effort, get your work done on time, and know how to discipline yourself, it doesn't matter how much you smoke. It is not a choice between your life and getting high. Getting high won't take your life from you; only you can take your life from you, and if you apply yourself you will have a successful life whether you smoke or not.

sweet thanks dudes, its given a new perspective on things, and being high makes me thing differently, almost like a new opinion on my life, i dont usually get high ebfore class but once in a while if i have like P.E. or my options, occasioannly on core classes but it seems to make me concentrate more and get my work done i just dont absorb much

I smoke pot and I go to College and I think it's just fine. I mean I'm a lazy motherfucker when it comes to school but I always have beem, I just hate it. It's not really school that I hate though, it's pretty much homework. Luckily I'm a smart motherfucker as well, so I get by. I figurred that to do well you have to be smart and work hard. I'm just smart, I don't work hard, so I also figured that I'll do OK based on my attributes. Well I do just fine, for the most part. In college so far teachers have seen that I'm a smart person who has a lot of interest in the subjects at matter I think. I know I have to pick it up one day. I'll probably quit a couple of months before university, I'm just going to have to do that.

Whatever man, just keep smoking weed, staying smart and working hard. If you ever notice that you are losing track of your goals and think weed is the cause then you'll know to take a break.

To be honest success really doesnt bother me (Although i do attend one of my states top universities) as long as I'm enjoying my life I don't care and right now I'm loving life trying new things and smoking a lot of weed. Do what you enjoy, thats what I say!

Well, as long as you're happy, you've succeeded. That being said, I'll be happy when I'm living in New York City, at the apex of the American artistic culture. For those who don't know, living in New York costs a lot of money. I'll have to make some pretty substantial money if I want to be where I want to be. It's for that reason that I still work in school, and don't cut class to get stoned.

I do get stoned before class, but only during free periods. Heh.
