DUde please dont do this please this os why you should not do this alcohol is a depresant weed is a high drug the weed will absorb all the wine from the potency of the of the bottle i wanted to try this so many times and i keep on studying lol this annswer my own qiestion i am a student lollolol thanks for that one but anyways do not do it you will like smoking a cigarette its will not be a good experience .

I know this is a cannabis site, i know everyone here smokes weed at one time or another and is most likely smoking when visiting this site.... however, if i have to re-read your comment 4-5 times to cypher what you were trying to garble out of your mind.

I would not do this. First, the wine probably does not have a high enough concentration of alcohol to absorb the weed efficiently. Usually the alcohol needs to be concentrated, like in vodka or Everclear. Also, I am most concerned about the idea that you would do this with a bottle of good wine. Don't go putting crazy stuff in your good wine! Just drink it and enjoy it!

Seriously though, if you uncork the wine and put something in it, it will turn to vinegar by the time you age it a month.

Actually..... here would be something interesting.
Cannabis is soluble in alcohol, period. That means that if you put x amount weed in 1 fifth of everclear, and x amount of weed in 2 fifths of vodka; it would essentially extract the same amount of thc, one would just be more dilluted. So, wine would still extract thc(wine has what 12-14% alc), the result just obviously wouldn't be as potent as green dragon made with everclear.

So if he likes his wine, and doesn't mind drinking a couple glasses to feel the effects, then why not. I'd use KB though, I wouldn't ruin good wine's taste with shwag. Think about seeping some Juicy Fruit into a good fruity wine. I think I'd like that.

Make sure it's airtight though. That would reduce the chances of it turning to vinegar, that would be bad.

Thanks for the tips...I'm not big on liquor which is why I asked about wine. Good point about it turning to vinegar, I guess i would just have to seal it pretty tight. and i wouldn't use an expensive bottle for the first time. thanks again

There's a good chance the wine will still go bad on you even if you seal it up real good. If you let in any small amount of oxygen when you open the bottle, that will not be good for the wine given that much time for the extraction. Also, the weed will almost definitely have some small amount of bacteria on it that could work on turning hte wine to vinagar over that much time. Bacteria, oxygen and time are the things that ruin wine.

If you want to drink your weed in wine, then I suggest you make the green dragon recipes that are on the Recipes forum, and then put that in your wine on the day you want to drink it. That would work well I think.
