Please, anyone who can help, I know there are pros on here. It's my second grow and the first time I've had a pest problem, it's freaking me out. Please help.

I have this thing FIM'd so there are about 15-20 tops to the plant. Lately, I'd say about the last week and a half, I've been noticing some of the tips of the plant are drying out. I usually remove the tip and let it go on. It seems to be sucking in a lot more water than my other babies. I grabbed a dried out tip off today and noticed a worm, that little fucking bastard.
