put your hands on the top of a doorframe, reaching up to get reach it.
lean forward till you feel the stretch. does the trick for me.

My shoulder blade area is tight and it's bothering the crap out of me. my forearms and a few other muscles were also tight but I found some stretches that seem to remedy it, but I have no Idea how to stretch my upper back around the shoulder blade area. I tried the doggy style hip hump thing but that only did my lower back? Normally I would just :rasta: and relax, but i'm out atm. Any suggestions? Rating: 5
