My shoulder blade area is tight

and it's bothering the crap out of me.

my forearms and a few other muscles were also tight but I found some stretches that seem to remedy it, but I have no Idea how to stretch my upper back around the shoulder blade area.

I tried the doggy style hip hump thing but that only did my lower back?

Normally I would just :rasta: and relax, but i'm out atm.

    Any suggestions?

put your hands on the top of a doorframe, reaching up to get reach it.
lean forward till you feel the stretch. does the trick for me.

I always lean against the molding of a door frame and cross my arms and shimmy around. It feels nice, like a massage, but you look really strange when you do it.
