We??re kind of protecting people from their own state laws.? What kind of completely illogical statement is this, sir? Are you aware how many people first hand cigarette smoke kills every year?? And second hand? 'if it was safe it would be legal, bull shit. I cannot thing of ANY reason why marijuana is better off illegal than legal. More people smoke marijuana now than ever, more are being arrested now than ever for it, and marijuana is more available and more potent than ever today. What have you guys done? You have made marijuana more available to young people than it has ever been. My 12 year old cousin can go three apartments down and get any drug he wants. That's not drug enforcement. If marijuana were sold behind counters with an age limit on it, then marijuana would be just as much out of the hands of young people as is alcohol and tobacco, which definitely isn't completely, but is mainly restricted to the access of young underage people. I honestly doubt this is going to serve any purpose whatsoever...as you guys already have your own ignorant way of dealing with people like me...(ignoring them and pretending like you're right)

What about Robin Prosser you freaking assholes?!?! You were protecting her from her own state laws my ass! Marijuana was keeping her alive, and she couldn't stand to be alive without it.

You will continue doing similar things, particularly in california for a while longer, until we're able to overcome the TYRANNY that you have placed upon us, as Americans. Criminalizing us for consuming dried plant matter that makes our lives better, and improves our quality of life. You should be ashamed of yourselves, people deserve to use anything that helps them, even if it isn't shaped like a pill and can be sold for $10 each dose.

Your stance on the use of marijuana for alternative medicine makes me SICK. I hope our next president completely removes your powers to do anything over state law when it comes to the enforcement of marijuana laws; just like the constitution says: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Some day it will be right, and you will have no right whatsoever to impede on something as sensitive as what individuals use as medicine.
