Information bro! We need info.
We can't tell you if you are doing good or not if we have 0 info. about your grow.
If they are female though, you are on the right track.

Lights...yes, I got me the right kind of grow lights, neon, and are specifically designed for plants...so no worry there...have always had a pretty decent green thumb...use miracle grow about once a week...got a fan blowing...use the light about 12 hours a day...sometimes 11 sometimes 13...but the plants are healthy, no yellow leaves...solid stalks...and the temps are about 75 degrees on the average...

ok....new newbie....May I offer you your first piece of advice?
Don't change the hours of lighting around.....you will cause your plant to go hermaphrodite.....get a timer....12 hours....same exact amount everyday.
and no light leaks.
These forums are FULL of info.....have fun reading and grab all the information you can.
Good Luck
PS....And here's to hoping you aren't looking at two hermies instead of two females already.....

How many watts of light? How many, how high? This will be very important since you are running 12/12(flowering) wattage is very important also, maybe I'm still too new but neon grow lights? if you mean fluorescents the plant bulbs really aren't the best especially if your flowering warm white would be better. I used 6 4' fluoro for veg and then now am using a 400 watt hps for flower. What medium are you using?
With more info comes more help there is a sticky that shows what info to post and it will make a huge difference on how many and how accurate responses you will get.
One thing that would be benificial based on your info would be to get that light cycle to 12/12 with a timer, less stress= bigger yield, more potent bud. We can help more with all the info, where are you in flowering you said they are all 4 weeks old have they been in 12/12 the whole time?

ECOLUX, Wide Spectrum 40Watt "FLOURESCENT"...sorry, NOT NEON...there are 2 each 4 foot long and positioned about 2 inches above the plants....both are about 12 inches tall...went and got my timer...set for 12 on, 12 off...
Thanks to all of you for the help...
