Silicone sealent on a bong?

I made a kickass bong with my trumpet mouth piece and the hole was a bit to big... Its indoor/outdoor and heat resistant.
Will this be ok? Im too poor to buy a bong ATM.

Stay away from silicone and poisons that eek into the water eventually with high heat.

is that brass, if so you shouldn't use it at all, ive heard that silicone isnt bad if its heat resistant, i may be wrong.
btw i just had a bottle of bawls today

if the bowl is made out of brass its not a good idea to use soft metals.For the bowl use glass or a socket from your tool kit(stainless steel) But the silicone shouldn't be bad because it wont have direct heat on it.

where do you buy that silicone sealent. i need some for a project im working on ahhahah. like at home depot or some shit? i actually forgot what i neeeded it for i just remember i was looking for some the other day so i probly will need it eventually
