she's probably not inhaling correctly and she's holding the smoke in her throat and not her lungs. does she cough alot? if not, then that's probably the answer. explain to her step by step how to inhale. make sure after she takes her toke, NOT to breathe out, but to take a deep breath of air and hold it in. once she does it right, you should know because she'll probably bust out coughing lol
