yeah i think its cos she cant inhale properly, the first time i agreed to smoke some, my mate got stoned as hell, told me to finish the J so i finished it and iw as like i dont feel anything, and then like 8 hours later we started smoking again, and then all my friends were like your not toking it properly, so i did about 5 proper tokes i definately felt somethin

Just tell her too hit the bong/pipe as she would normally but save some space in her lungs. then after she takes a small hit to open up alittle and take a quick deep breathe without exhaling.
