By themselves, when I walk, my ankles sound like Rice Crispies... Pop, pop, pop...

I only crack my knuckles and have never been to a chiropractor..I dont believe in them, it seems to me that once those bones are cracked, they will need to be cracked again and again..so, I am good on that.. What bones can you crack? do you always feel like you have to recrack them? Rating: 5
