I only crack my knuckles and have never been to a chiropractor..I dont believe in them, it seems to me that once those bones are cracked, they will need to be cracked again and again..so, I am good on that..

    What bones can you crack?

do you always feel like you have to recrack them?

I can crack most every joint in my body. And I've been to lots of chiropractors, and yes they help tremendously.

I've been addicted to knuckle/other joints cracking since i was 5. It's more addictive then heroine. I'll never stop and that's not an exageration.

Got a new one for ya. How many of you crack your chest bone? When I was in elementary school I realized that if I bend backwards far enough the space right where chest plates come together will crack.

I crack my knuckles and fingers on my own...

By themselves, when I walk, my ankles sound like Rice Crispies... Pop, pop, pop...

It's a blast getting old, he, he, he...
