    Do you crack your bones?

Oh my God no!! And it's the only thing in the world that will give me cold chills--hearing someone doing that, or WATCHING them...oooh, giving me chills just thinking about it.

I only crack my knuckles and have never been to a chiropractor..I dont believe in them, it seems to me that once those bones are cracked, they will need to be cracked again and again..so, I am good on that.. What bones can you crack? do you always feel like you have to recrack them? Rating: 5

i crack my knuckles a lot, and i also crack my neck regularly, they say you're not supposed to do that but it helps me.... a lot of my tension goes to my neck and shoulders and when i crack it i can feel a lot of that tension released.

I crack my back a lot, it use to annoy some people when I'd be in school and twist my back to let out some loud cracks...but hey, it feels good Crack my knuckles too, and sometimes my ankle needs a crack but not very often. Haha, my ankle just cracked when I moved...

Arthritis runs in my family so I already have bad circulation, and it's not scientifically proven to not hurt it.. but not proven to help - but either way it's a temporary solution and I crack all my bones that you can possibly do. Oh, besides the one between my legs.. I think that might hurt.. it never needs to be cracked anyway.. but now I know what I'll do next time it err.. nevermind.

As long as you don't crack it with force it should be fine. Be careful with the neck though. Basically all it is is the air in the joint escaping when stretched to a certain point. I think its called cavitation. When I was younger I had a spine adjustment at a chiro and I swear to god it was the loudest crack I have EVER heard.
