This is why:
Possession - 28.5 grams or less: misdemeanor-$100 fine-no incarceration
Cultivation - any amount: felony-16 - 36 months
Sale - any amount: felony-2 to 4years
I don't like being ass raped. Is that a good enough reason to not want to grow? I don't know what happens to sellers in Canada, but I'm sure it's nothing like what happens to them here in the states!

Some people might still live with their parents and dont want to risk getting caught by 1. parents 2. cops 3. parents and cops
Growing in your parents home is not only risk for you, but also a risk for your parents because they would get in deep shit too!
Not trying to be an asshole, but there are a lot of obvious reasons why!

Not everyone has the option of growing. Some live with their parents still or guardians and in result, it is not their place. Which makes it difficult to grow. Second, is the risk. Some people here have a wife and/or children. They simply do not want to risk it all to grow, plus trying to explain to your kids what that magical garden in your crawl space is not an easy task.
So not everyone can grow and have that luxery to do so. If this is making you mad I suggest getting off this forum for a bit as this is supposed to fun. Getting pissed off because YOU don't like how OTHERS spend their money is no of your business. Get mad, who cares, but you're the one having the issue, not the others.

growing's not for everyone...some people don't have the patience...there are many things that keep people from growing...The fact that it takes several months to complete a grow..It's a great hobby, but the key word is hobby...not everyone's going to enjoy growing it...they just want to smoke.. A period is a wonderious invention in our language. Not only our language, but most cultures use them as well. I don't know about like Japanese writing though. That would be a hard language to learn if you ask me. All of those little intricate little symbols.
