Natural Daylight Bulbs?

As me and my friend were wandering around Menards, looking for supplies for our grow room, we came across some interesting lightbulbs that were on display:



Has anyone had any sucess with Natural Daylight Bulbs? or should we stick to good ol' fluorescent?

ps: sorry about the poor resolution, I was taking the pictures with my camera phone :-/
