Crispy seedlings!?
You say they are 2 weeks old, is that two weeks from when they pop'd or two weeks in that container?
From your pics that you have posted i see that your leaves are starting to curl under on the one side, what that usually means is that they are over nuted. I dont give my young guns anything for the first 30 days. There is a troubleshooting guide over on plantganja.com that will help you alot. I think that is weedhound who posts it for people, so see if you can find that guide. It will break down what your seeing and give you the cause. Once you know the cause you know how to fix it.

Looks like you might be overwatering, I can't tell but the soil looks wet.
Water with PLAIN water for now, let the soil dry out between wterings.
Are your temperatures very cold in your grow area, like less than 70'F?

i dont have thermometer in there but i dont think so,they`re in a 3ft fish tank with what I mentioned earlier pretty much all closed off,it could be a possibilty tho I watered them earlier with half strenth nutes,Doh?. I have ph`d all water and nutes.I`ll follow your lead and see what happens, thanks.

Get them out of the fish tank. They need more air flow to be healthy.

i'd still agree with stinky (she's always right...always...) and get them out of the fish tank. But if you HAVE to keep them in there get a fan blowing air out of the tank, you'll get a much improved air flow due to low pressures and high pressures and all that jazz.
You can always look back, but you can never change the past.

Overwatered. Most people hate miracle grow soils and blame all their growing woes on it. A moisture meter is $5 or $6 and worth every penny. the top soil can be quite dry and it still not need water. We tend to love our little ones to death.
